Care Leavers

Active8 provides sensitively tailored accomodation with visiting support for care leavers up to 21 years of age. Our knowledgeable, skilled and qualified staff work pro-actively with the young people, statutory social work teams, and other agencies involved such as Youth Offending Teams (YOT), Health, and Education. Through our involvement, we aim to facilitate successful moves into independence and adulthood. Our strategies are effective, uncomplicated and transparent which encourages quality life-styles and personal development.
